Food Hygiene Rating Scheme 2018

Overview

The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is designed to allow consumers to make an informed choice of where to ourchase their food. All businesses included in the scheme have been given a certificate and door sticker with their score on to display. The Council's Food Safety Officers rate each food outlet based on the findings of their inspection. The rating is on a scale ranging from 5 at the top to 0 at the bottom.

Why are we Consulting

We are asking residents of North East Derbyshire and Bolsover District Council areas for their views on the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme - what they think of the scheme and if they have used it.
