Bolsover District Council is looking to adopt a local validation checklist for planning applications, to ensure that at the time of submitting your planning application, that it has all the information necessary to be able to consider the merits of the proposal(s) in accordance with the development plan and other material considerations.

The Draft Local Validation Checklist List seeks to identify the most pertinent information required to fully assess a development proposal within Bolsover District, in order to meet the tests in section 62 (4A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
