North East Derbyshire District Council would like to understand how the use of technology is changing in our communities.

We have an ongoing programme of increasing the ways that people can engage with us, such as through Direct Debit payments, email correspondence, online forms for reporting issues, web chat and live video communications. These online facilities were proven to be extremely useful during the Covid-19 lockdown, enabling residents to engage with the Council from the safety of their home.
